Tod McQuillin

Tod McQuillin is running away to the circus for the first time. Recently leaving a 20 year career in IT engineering, he’s throwing caution to the wind and jumping into the ring with Spark. 

You’ll glimpse Tod offstage operating our sound board and onstage adding musical highlights on his melodica, basing pyramids, being the straight man, or telling jokes in Thai and Burmese. 

Tod grew up in the US and Canada and has lived in Japan since 1998. In addition to his IT skills, he’s a chef, creative hairdresser, and avid jazz musician. He’s appeared on stage as a musician in the US, Japan, and India. Observant readers may have guessed that Tod and Tink are related; they’ve been married for 26 years.
